October 2021 - Present

Consistently tracking various metrics for the Sort Center(TPH(Cost), CPM DPMO, Container build % effectiveness, PSR, etc.),
Deep-Diving and analyzing data using Excel, and partnering with other leaders to drive metrics to achieve benchmarks/site goals.
- Managed through the simultaneuous launch and Peak season of Amazon TUL5 Sort Center.
- Through working to Hire and Develop the Best, I am always on the lookout for new talent to develop -
To this point, Four Tier 1 associates that I have been mentoring had
received offers and accepted promotions to L3 roles.
- Took ownership of quality audits to drive overall completion for the site across all shifts. Deep Dived DEA Dash compliance discrepancies
and discovered root causes.
Took compliance from monthly average of 75% to consecutively achieving 100% compliance for this metric.
- Managing and developing a team of 3 hourly leaders and over 75 associates across multiple sorts

September 2019 - September 2021
- Discovered an opportunity for innovation and built a tool using python that will help identify alarm codes more efficiently.
- Utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime.
- Created a safer work environment by suggesting upgrades to machinery to allow for more ergonomically friendly interaction.
- Trained new hires on complex machinery and helping them understand how the machinery works so they are able to pass certification panels.
September 2016 - August 2018
- Made program adjustments to FANUC handler and laser head robots
when necessary to ensure parts produced were meeting quality standards.
- Created new robot programs using a teach pendant. This involved
developing the weld patterns for new products as well as setting weld
parameters(When to fire laser, ramp up/down times.)
- Performed preventative maintenance on machinery and assembly fixtures
in order to reduce potential downtime
- Developed a training strategy for training new hires and getting them up to speed safely and effectively.
- Collaborated with internal customers as part of my own training strategy in order to provide new hires
insight as to how the parts we produce in certain processes impact our internal customers down the line.
Implementing this into my new hire training plan reduced the amount of defected/unusable components they
received by ~75%.
- Utilized HMI screens and robot teach pendants to troubleshoot equipment
- Familiar with various types of sensors and calibrated camera inspection systems.
Magna Mirrors - Robotic Paint Booth Operator
June 2014 - September 2016
- Made changes to the process used by the mirror sanding department that resulted in a 300% increase in production and saved the department from being outsourced.
- Operated various paint booths (primer, base coat, clear coat) containing 4-6 ABB robots that sprayed car mirrors.
- Monitored and recorded the flows and pressures of the paints being sprayed, ensuring proper readings and troubleshooting in the event of any issues.
